About me
If you’re reading this, then your organisation is looking to make a change.
Whether it’s moving into the world of organisational development, strategic planning, change management processes, or stress & burnout coaching – my job is to help you and your team find and reach their true potential.
For me, that means putting people – your people – first. They are your centrepiece, the talent that will lift your organisation to new heights. It’s why I love my job. Every person, every organisation and every destination is different, and so is the route we will take. Working with you in German, English, Spanish, Dutch or French, I use a range of participatory approaches that have been carefully chosen to motivate and inspire, promote teamwork and collaboration, and ‘humanise’ the development process.

How do I know it works?
As an International Consultant and Facilitator, I’ve got over 15 years’ professional, academic, work and voluntary experience behind me. From my very first workshop in Mexico, to a PhD in performance management and a career connecting democracy and human rights organisations all over the world to EU funding, my work has always been about people. With this comes an absolute commitment to the systems and processes that build trust, promote learning, and create a culture and appetite for organisational and societal change.
Like you, I am on a journey. I will never stop learning and take every opportunity to experience new cultures, learn new skills and advance my own professional development. I speak six languages, have lived and worked in Mexico and across the EU, and am always keeping an eye out for new tools and techniques that will give your team the freedom (and structure) to step-up, and change-up. Because success isn’t just a destination, it’s a process – one that recognises and builds the talent, people, systems and organisational culture to unleash it.
